The Next Step
This past Wednesday, another step in the process was accomplished. Diego traveled with his birth mother to Guatemala City for the DNA test. This step ensures paternity.
Our baby shower is on Saturday, April 23, and I will be leaving for Guatemala on May 2.

The DNA test came back 99.99% positive paternity. This document is now en route to be certified and authenticated. Hopefully, it will be back to our home in time for Christian's trip down to Guatemala on May 14.
